Individual Counselling - up to 50 minutes per session, usually one a week - £60 per session.

Online Counselling via Skype or Zoom - up to 50 minutes per session - £60 per session.

Individual Art Therapy / Creative Therapy - up to 75 minutes per session - £85 per session. 

Couples Counselling - up to 50 minutes per session, usually one a week - £75 per session.

During the initial assessment session we will decide on how long we will work together. I usually start with a 6 session contract after which we review your progress. Short term and long term counselling offered.


Concessions available for students on a counselling course (20+ sessions).

Counselling Supervision - online or in person, either one-to-one or group (max 3) -  £40 per hour.

                  Initial 'getting to know each other' session is half price, giving us both the opportunity to find out if we are a good fit.

Payment may be done via cash on the day or bank transfer in advance.






Personal information

I (Kirsty Crawley - van Lieshout), was born and raised in The Netherlands, being from Dutch/Indonesian descent. I moved to The United Kingdom in 2002 and I have been living in Southampton ever since. My background is in Human Resources, Consulting and Coaching, although I had to change career previously, due to health issues, while I was working as a chef. My personal and professional development is ongoing and I am really looking forward to meeting you!

Memberships & Qualifications

I am a Registered Member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy and adhere to their Ethical Framework. And I hold Professional Membership with the Association for Contextual Behavioural Science and the Hampshire Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy. I have successfully completed a course in Life Coaching in 2010 to transfer my skills from Dutch to English, acquired a certificate in Counselling Skills in 2011, was awarded the Coach Award from the Institute of Customer Services in 2012 and qualified as a DipHE Gestalt Counsellor in 2014. I took part in a course of Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, before I passed my Integrative & Humanistic Counselling BA (hons) in 2015. And in 2021 I was awarded an Advanced Diploma (level 7) with distinction in Counselling Supervision. That same year, I set up KvLS, offering Mental Health Support for small organisations (up to 100 employees).


Besides having my own private practice, I have worked for a Foster Care Home, counselling adolescents, and the Primary Care Counselling Service (NHS) in Southampton.
